All registrations and payments will be submitted online this year. Reservations will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Reservations that are cancelled after March 10 will be subject to full payment. We require payment as confirmation of your reservation.

  • Your hotel room will be booked and confirmed for you after your registration payment has been received.
  • All attendees are responsible for their own flights and transportation to and from the host hotel and the airport. Transportation will be provided for all other activities as outlined in the agenda.

  • Ground transportation to all the meetings (transportation to and from the airport is the responsibility of individual guests)
